the mark of true leader is that they never raise there voice, Ozai was a mantled who had to much power on his hands, it's why season 3 and the finale are so weak compared to one and two, the threat of his presence is scarier than actual appearances, I honestly reckon that azula should've been a surprise I'm the final boss, it would've totally made up for her beating the avatar though i guess it probably would've killed hype and the fact the series was heading toward the fire king vs aang since episode 1
