No, the Greatjon referred to there is actually his son, the Smalljon, who was never introduced in the show. Since the actor who played Greatjon never returned for season 2, and was said to be raiding the Westerlands, it's safe to assume that he either is still doing that, or died at the Red Wedding. The Smalljon must have stayed behind on the show.
According to the leaks, the Smalljon gives Rickon to Ramsay as a present and is a strong Bolton supporter. I can only hope it's a ruse, that the present is either Reek or Stannis' corpse and that the Umbers turn on Boltons and Karstarks at the height of the battle when the Vale Knights arrive
