I couldn't put my finger on it, but I think it's the delivery. It's like they're always 1-2 seconds too late, and the joke they're trying together skips Reddit tier and goes straight to 9gag tier. The combination makes it so awkward and uncomfortable.

If you are actually OP, I'd say to you how can people find It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia funny? I've literally never laughed at that show. Wow, they're degenerates living within a fantastical reality where everything is exaggerated for comedy.
