this blew my mind when I was 14 but going back to it... whatever. it's pretty and we're predisposed to see profundity in anything related to Buddhism or eastern mysticism in general, but there isn't really that much there apart from being pretty. maybe it lost its effect because I know more about Buddhism and I'm not imagining there's more to it than there actually is
