The only people who don't like the Saw franchise are the people who have never seen a single one and think it's "torture porn" which is a normie term.

I agree op, these movies are really really good. Not just about torture but also such great stories for each one.
Sure it may get a little silly at times with bringing back old characters but it is so entertaining nonetheless.

In the first movie, when the two cops go through Jigsaw's warehouse, they find a shoebox model which consists of a bathroom, and three puppets; two on opposite sides and one in the middle. This was 6 months before the events of what happened in the bathroom.
I assumed this to mean he meticulously planned this trap, and spent part of those 6 months learning to meditate and slow his breathing appropriately and such. Also he could have used a drug, like they suggest in Saw 3.
