I think wintersoldier is on par with begins. TDK is top 3. Spiderman 2 and xmen 2 are also high up there.

2- Captain America The Winter Soldier
3- Spider-Man 2, excellent narrative and comic feel, seems wrong to even call it capeshit as it was very well made.
4- Avengers, the climax of the capeshit genre, if only had it stopped there
5- BvsS, the only non quipping, serious movie, attempted to put more dept into capeshit extravaganza while failing at it, still an enjoyable experience.
6 - Superman 1978, a great movie at the time, not even a flick

8 - The Incredibles, the 3rd non flick movie
