This is an interesting movie. It is hard to describe it because literally... nothing hardly happens.
It is basically Seinfeld but with no comedic mischief.
BUT something about it is just so spell bounding and it has got me watching it a few times.
The movie focuses on a guy who leaves to Thailand for work, his wife who is alone at home with their kid while she juggles this with working night shifts as a surgeon - and the 3rd main character is a poor boy in Thailand struggling to survive.
This film basically is watching different people live their lives but again something about it is just so great.
One of the real plot points is about the husband guy when he goes to Thailand, meets a Thai prostitute who he tries to offer lots of money so she gets herself a real job but she instead keeps knocking on his door until he cucks her.
Is definitely a film worth checking out if you are into kinography.

I'd just like to interject for moment. What you're referring to as Kino, is in fact, Kinography, or as I've recently taken to calling it, AБCOЛЮTE КИHOГPAФЫ. Kino is not a designation unto itself, but rather another variety of a fully functioning Motion Picture classification made useful by the MPAA, Vertov, and Academy of Motion Picture Arts Sciences, comprising a full taxonomy as codified by the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts.
Many /tv/ posters use an incorrect version of the proper Motion Picture term every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of Motion Picture which is widely used today is often called Kino, and many of its viewers are not aware that it is basically the pinnacle of Motion Pictures, developed by Hollywood.
To that end only a Motion Picture can achieve AБCOЛЮTE КИHOГPAФЫ--Television series are unfortunately ineligible.
>there are people on /tv/ who unironically believe in these meme categories
