I watched it once because there was nothing else on. It's watchable but pretty forgetable, I couldn't remember the ending if my life depended on it.

was in cambodia and got sick so booked a hotel room for a week, it had one tv that had like 100 channels and one channel was english movies nonstop, all the flops and ones from 90s.

For a kid's movie it's not all that bad, it's kind of a mix between Ghostbusters and Men In Black. Hardly worth recommending though. I imagine if I saw this as a kid i'd really love it.
