Captain Fuccboi was incapable of picking it up because he's not worthy. And the table wouldn't be stuck on the hammer unless the table had glue on it or something. It doesn't attract to anything but Thor's hand.
Thor's hammer isn't particularly heavier than any other Asgardian hammer so the blanket would probably just be weighed down by its natural weight. The only reason Hulk and other strong guys can't pick it up is because Odin's magic on the hammer has determined them unworthy.

So it probably weighs around 20 or 30 pounds. Think of it in terms of whether you can move it, not whether you can lift it. Imagine for a second that gravity doesn't have an effect on it. When Thor lets go, it stays there in the air. Only he can move it. But since gravity DOES effect it, it hits the ground when he lets go and ceases to be under his influence when fully stopped. So when he throws it at an enemy, it just keeps going until it hits the ground as if there was nobody else on the planet but Thor. If he threw it at Vision, Vision would slow the hammer with his body.
