TFA is really the best as far as actual design goes. It doesn't have the retarded titty sculpture and does the best job of balancing the undersuit and armor.
Phase 2 troopers are definitely second, but that's just because I love raygun gothic.
Phase 3 just looks like a retarded hybrid between stormtroopers and raygun.
Stormtroopers are stormtroopers. It's the most recognizable design for armor ever.
