They are like a mutt race where Asiatic, Negroid, South American, Arabic and brown people from all around the real-life Earth can exist. In Dorne a Negroid mulatto father and a Filipino-South american mother can just give birth to a Syrian looking girl with light brown skin and caucasoid features.
