None of the (legal) films i've seen are disturbing for me. There's some disturbing hentai manga though, i recommend searching up Uziga Waita. He had a book titled "modern stories of the bizarre" where he took real-life sex crimes and made them into porn. My favorite was Concrete girl, where a couple of Japanese thugs kidnapped a 15 yo girl and tortured her for 20 something days before casting her in concrete, and this guy made porn out of it. I fapped, but it was pretty disturbing.
