Is CinemaSins the worst thing ever?
Burning alive is probably the worst thing ever.
>>68607648
what about burning to death while driving
>>68607648
Cinemasins is just below drowning and burning to death
>>68607604
second to you're mums womb
>>68607604
They even admit they're terrible, they know that a. most of it is nitpicking b. they make movies worse for most people.
If you think that they think they're amazing then you have no clue.
Yes.

Who fucking cares about the morons that would form their opinion based on some dumb joke channel?

You should probably alert Reddit right away
I'm subscribed only for Honest Trailers, their other stuff is utter crap.

how butthurt is this autist
In their "everything wrong with cinemasins" vid their first fucking point was "we're white"
so yes. they are the worst, most spineless cucks ever.

that's screenjunkies
>>68607604
ding ding ding ding
>>68607665
fucking hell, I meant to say burning to death while drowning
>>68607604
Not quite
What's worse are people who use the cinemasins schtick to nitpick other things like video games or TV shows in a way that ultimately becomes their own autistic whining and says nothing about the actual content in question
>>68608365
Oops, same thing with them as with CinemaSins' "Everything Wrong With The..."-series then :D
>>68607648
what if we burned cinema sins to death
>>68607648
Burning alive is only painful for a brief period of time until all your nerves get cauterized. People set on fire usually die of oxygen deprivation after their lungs get destroyed
I liked it when it was like 3 or 5 minutes, they had cool mistakes like showing where stuff would appear or disappear between scenes but then the time increased it became more about the narrator making shitty jokes, and half the the times the sins arent there, he just doesnt understand the movie or doesnt like explanation the movie gives
>>68608860
>Burning alive is only painful for a brief period of time
Yeah but for that time it must be pretty much the worst pain there is?

Literally who fucking cares?
>We're white.
>*DING*
Bunch of faggots.
What baffles me is how this asshole manages to get away with blatant copyright infringement. His videos show 15-25 minutes of footage, in chronological order, while his only creative input (unfunny captions) explains in great detail the plot. This is so beyond fair use I don't even.
Also, Jeremy is a fucktard, his guest appearance on Movie Fights showed that he doesn't know fuck about movies and couldn't produce a single valid piece of criticism without resorting to memeing
>>68607754
Nice autism video
Their videos are great and the butthurt they generate is even greater.
>>68609132
As far as copyright infringement goes he's covered under fair use since his videos are satire.
I actually love his videos for that since I can see all last year's blockbuster capeshit without having a 2 hour slog.
>>68609262
>As far as copyright infringement goes he's covered under fair use since his videos are satire.
If its true, thats retarded. Does it mean I'm perfectly free to upload enture films on youtube as long as I add occasional voice over and plothole complaints?
It's just nitpicking and annoying as fuck. Idk how they still manage to get millions of views every thing they put out
>>68609439
It's restarted but it's obvious that people are there to see CinemaSins bs content video, not the original product.
>Its a Cinemasins nitpicks the smallest "problems" with a movie even though it's a trivial complaint episode
I prefer Good bad flicks

>>68607604
The videos are entertaining if I'm bored or looking to kill some time. If nothing else, it's interesting to see the things that are "wrong" with the movies, especially the nitpicky stuff like gibberish newspapers or just general continuity errors.
I definitely don't take it as serious criticism.
>>68611189
>Most of the time overglorifying pre-70's movie just to look pretentious
Hardly. They're just imdb: the channel and never mention anything even remotely obscure.
Close
>>68609439
There is a difference between fifteen minutes of a two hour film and the whole two hour film. You couldn't watch a cinemasins episode as a replacement for buying the bluray or whatever, so it's pretty obviously transformative use.
>>68611238
this was really satisfying to watch
>>68607700
>implying /tv/ doesn't nitpick movies
>>68607754
one minute and that video already made itself completely redundant.
>people might mistake this for actual criticism of a Movie
retards maybe. Its obvious that cinema sins is supposed to be comedy and is very self aware about it being just nitpicky bullshit that says nothing about the movies its picking apart. You can dislike it for not being funny (and rightfully so) but this guy just completely misunderstands it or rather prefers to just deny the intention of the producers.
>>68607754
Everything wrong with "Everything wrong with "Everything wrong with Sherlock Holmes" when?
>>68611845
it's obviouisly both, depending on the review. for something like The Last Airbender there's a lot of genuine criticism that's meant seriously
also the thing about snark-comedy is that what makes it funny is that there's an element of truth to it, which is why the videos for good movies where they're coming up with contrived nitpicks that are based on a misunderstanding of the movie half the time are way less funny than the ones for bad movies
>>68611578
fuck please tell me that is a shop and not the picture he cropped for his avatar
>>68609132
He's a big enough channel that lots of people would complain if it was taken down.
>>68607604
Cinema Sins hasn't been funny since the videos were under like five minutes long. The Littleshy MLP sins videos are pretty funny though.
>>68614304
that makes it legal? people liked fascism, too, you know.
>>68612025
But it's funny because it's obvious they are aware they are being nitpicky and purposefully misinterpreting things. They are satirizing their own style of harshly criticizing shit films but doing the same thing to a good film.
Basically. They are living by a mantra of "everything is shit", so when it comes to a film that isn't shit, they make it shit by interpretations it as shit on purpose.
I thought this was obvious
>>68614345
It's pretty dodgy, but Youtube gets lots of takedown claims and can't be bothered to investigate them all.

People take Cinemasins seriously? I mean really it?
Seeing as this board is nothing but nitpicky shit and autism you'd think it would love cinemasins.
>>68615011
Does "taking seriously" also encompass "thinking it's actually funny or entertaining"?
>>68614395
>But it's funny because it's obvious they are aware they are being nitpicky and purposefully misinterpreting things.
But it isn't funny. Pretending you are doing something seriously but purposefully doing it lame or wrong isn't funny in and of itself, it needs something more.
Also I wouldn't be so sure that that is the case. If their schtick is that they are doing it ironically why do they also do it correctly from time to time?
>>68608139
they constantly race bait, they are turbo-cucks.
>>68607754
literal autism
>go to a local film club

Jesus christ /tv/. Way to ruin the mood of the thing.
Don't plan on returning there any time soon.
>taking CS seriously
>arguing about what's funny even though everyone has different tastes when it comes to comedy
Are you faggots serious? This is the second thread this week I've seen complaining about this
>>68607604
It's reddit. It's meme.So yeah,if not the worst, then one of the worst things in existence
They used to be good, back when videos were 4 minutes long, talked about actual flaws, and weren't about memes. A long time ago they had that one video where he took off a sin. Then they did the "X is not giving me a lap dance" sin. People lapped it up and now it's in every video.
