You mean score, you idiot. That's a tough call, it's pretty hard to beat Jaws in terms of sheer recall and Godfather had a pretty memorable tune.
Recently I liked Social Network, I think Reznor has a lot to offer as a score writer.
If I wanted to seriously argue, I'd have to return with SW's direct nerd nemesis Lord of the Rings.
I know plenty of people who listen to the sound track when they are studying/put it on as background music. Probably won't be as immortalised as the Star Wars songs purely because SW was such a massive cultural phenomenon
