Basically, tehparadox is the website where all the movies are uploaded. They are uploaded by various uploaders who use various uploading services, i.e. rapidgator.com and uploaded.to. These uploading services have a premium membership which is very affordable, and especially efficient if you plan on downloading a lot. It is much more secure than any torrent/P2P and has no download cap. I think it's about $15/mo. I use an uploaded.to account my friend gave me years ago. Still works!
And yes, you have to make an account on TP to be able to view the forum. That part is free.
