What movie has a scene where a guy wonders in to a crack den and ends up making out with some chick then this guy pulls out a gun and shoots someone and then guy leaves and meets up with his friends. It is driving me nuts and I cant remember what movie it was.

All I remember is that it was a comedy.
I think maybe the guy going in was a relapsing drug addict. and then everything went nuts shortly after he got high. I think the girl who he made out with was the one who injected him. It was heroin, not crack.
He also gets shot I think, like in the arm while he is tripping.
