Looking at the thumbnail, I thought it was concept art. Well, shit.
The Shire.
Nothing can ruin the Shire. Also the dwarves singing in the Shire.
The entire Unexpected Party
Gollum
Bilbo going apeshit over the ring while fighting the spiders
Bard's expanded role
Thorin's death scene
Bilbo/Smaug

The first meeting with the dwarves in Biblo's house was pretty comfy.
The song the dwarves sing shows up as an orchestral motif throughout the soundtrack of the first movie
Then in the next two movies it didn't play once
I thought it was going to be the Hobbit's version of the daaa daaa, dadadaaaaaa bit from the LotR soundtrack but apparently not
And at that, the soundtrack of the second and third movies lift hefty chunks directly from LotR
I liked more or less everything from the first movie apart from the stupid Goblin Town stuff
It was all pretfty bad apart from the Shire, the Gollum scenes, and the sequence with Thorin sliding into the golden vortex-thing

I liked the scene where the dwarves first see the mountain up close and when they first enter the secret passage
