It's a return to form for M. Night Dingdong.

I didn't like it but it wasn't bad. It went for a slow burn that would've been great if the kids weren't so annoying. I like how it uses traditional camera work combined with footage shit, but I think it would've benefited with the ratio leaning more on traditional. Best thing shamaling has done in a while but it's still average with a few neat things and some stupid things.

The fact that this movie ends with the little shit coming up with some "cute" little rap based on the traumatic shit they went through about how shit doesn't taste like chicken embodies the entirety of the movie. It was fucking trash.
