You guys are so desperate for BvS to fail it's sad. The movie was decent. It was successful. Fucking deal with it.

>It was successful.
No Zack it wasn't

I don't get where this number comes from. Man of Steel had a budget of 225 and made 670, BvS had a budget of 250 and is closing in on 800 million.
We don't know the marketing budget(where is it calculated?) so what are they basing this on?
>capeshit losing to a momfilm
DCucks can you explain this?

That's the figure every site seems to operate with, do you have any other estimate?
A movie about Superman should print money.
A movie about Batman should print money.
A movie about Batman and Superman should print big money.
A movie about Batman and Superman fighting each other should print record-breaking money.
Yet somehow DC, WB, and Zack Snyder fucked it up.

All we can do is run with the industry analyst estimates, as people are famously quiet about budgets and the like. It seems safe to assume someone who has been looking at the industry for years will be better placed to make an estimate than we are.
Melissa McCarthy is popular.
Why don't people believe this yet?
If Girlbusters manages to break even it'll be her doing 90% of the audience draw.
THIS made a quarter billion dollars!
