There's answers to most of the plotholes tbf. He travelled the world in Begins as part of the merchant navy - chances are if he could do it in Begins, he could do it in Rises. He got into Gotham by walking across the ice - he learned to "mind his surroundings" compared to Begins.

Bane voice was stupid, killing Bane was stupid. Cotillard was completely superfluous to the movie.
The fight choreography was very weak, and I usually don't notice that kind of thing.
The political commentary was very simplistic, especially the Occupy Gotham scenes.

If you watch this video, his voice in the original Ghost Protocol IMAX prologue sounds closer to his actual voice for the entire rest of the movie, which only makes the dubbed final release of the plane scene seem even more bizarre in context.
