Pretty much anything with John Wayne, or any Mel Gibson film that isn't the Jesus one.
>yfw your dad literally only watches reruns of adam sandler and kevin james movies

My mom never remembers what a movie is about the moment it ends but she never watches the same movie twice

I'm only 25 but I understand what you mean. I feel like my interests in film are decaying. I used to talk to everybody about how great films were. But now it's only about how bad films are

When I was a kid my dad lived on a farm in the prairies and whenever I stayed with him we would always watch Speed. Mostly because he only had 7 vhs tapes for some annoying reason. I probably watched that movie 300 times over the course of 10 years. Not even kidding. We also had this really cheesy 80's comedy called Last Resort. The nostalgia makes me want to rewatch it even though it was thoroughly shit. It was the first time I seen nudity in film though... awkwardly it was with my dad watching.
Goodfellas
Casino
Caddyshack
Saving Private Ryan
Terminator 2
Any of the National Lampoon Vacation movies
The ultimate dad "movie" is Band of Brothers, there's always a marathon on some obscure military channel and he'll watch every time.
>>68002545
>>68002545
>It was the first time I seen nudity just as awkward for him...but rewarding as wellin film though... awkwardly it was with my dad watching.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The Fugitive
He took me to see Star Wars III in theatres when I was a lad
Gran Torino
>John Wick
Haven't spoken to each other in over a year. One of the few traits I got from him was an affinity for awful 80s action movies. Typical 77 year old core.
>>68002634
Your dad was a hipster faggot before hipster faggot was even a thing
>>68002659
>son, put on the movie where Heath Ledger reams Jake Gyllenhaal's anus. and get me some popcorn
Terminator
Jackie Chan movies
Matrix
James Bond movies
But by far the greatest experience was when I watched Avatar in 3D with him..his jaw was dropped the whole time and he looked like as if he had seen the light.
>>68000827
This and any modern Clint Eastwood directed movie.
literally none because I've never been able to bond with my father properly and I have deep reservations of hate towards him because of that
he's a pleb anyway. still listens to hair metal
the last kingdom, his only comment was "they werent like that" (in response to the vikings raping and torturing people while drinking and partying)
showed him sicario aswell and his only comment was "what a shit movie"
>>68000827
CON AIR
Anyone else? I watch this with my dad about once a year.
My dad introduced me to this memefest.
>>68004706
Fuck yeah, dude. We always laugh at the part where they hurl Dave Chappelle out of an airplane.
>>68001457
Dusty old bones, full of green dust
>>68001457
>I'm 57
What's the oldest person you've seen on 4chan, /tv/?
Who /dadlovesshittydisastermovies/ here?
This, Armageddon and Deep Impact were always the vacation movies.
