Daredevil storyline: Magic, ninjas, and magical ninjas.
Who the fuck thought that was a good idea, about half of this show is completely unwatchable. Hopefully Marvel drops daredevil and just makes a solo Punisher series.

Punisher is tricky to adapt, since his whole thing is being an antithesis to other superheroes.

It's the problem with capeshit, there was this one writer of one of the punisher series, I think it was Punisher max, who was completely unfamiliar with western comics until he was 20, after which he commented that it was childish and stupid.
I guess that's why the new 'dark and gritty' superhero movies are so enjoyable to me, since they can be sort of absurd, while still not breaking the audience's suspension of disbelief.

Punisher and Wolverine are (independently) tracking down the same gang for different reasons. Punisher tracks them to some underground lair, Wolverine is already there and attacks him on sight, believing he's one of the thugs.
Turns outit's a group of midgets led by a midget mobster who wants to recruit Wolverine because he's "practically one of us", so they want to let him kill Punisher, so Punisher doesn't get them.Which culminates in this page (pic related).
But yeah, the whole story is basically Wolverine getting rekt'd by Punisher. Later a Wolverine writer decided to have it the other way around, and it was the most pathetic revenge ever.Wolverine beats Punisher up, then the writer implies Frank is a homo.

She is the most boring, basic "KILL THOSE WHO WRONGED YOU, TAKE WHATEVER YOU WANT" character ever. Lame, boring and she totally gets overshadowed by the Punisher who is straight up a cooler version of her without all the "chosen one" bs.
I especially hated her child training scenes. A what? 80lbs kid? Training with full grown fucking men? Even if she was the most amazing martial artist in the world the MOST she could do at that body weight difference would be Judo moves that use their momentum against themselves. But she's showing sending them flying with her kicks. The only way that girl is sending ANYONE flying at that age is if one of the other ones uses her as a bat to beat the shit out of the other guy.
I just realized this show beat Dr. Strange to the punch in giving us our first taste of legit magic in the MCU, as opposed to all that Clarke's Third Law bs.
