Just came back from the theater.
It is not that bad ok.
Definitely better than most of the Marvel's single origin stories and both Avengers movies.
The more you think about it and discuss it the more you'll like it.
it's not better than any of those things, and marvel movies are mediocre at best minus like two or three.

This is definitely true. I liked it after my first viewing, but after I spent a good amount of time discussing it and seeing it again, I consider it one of the best superhero films of all time.
The more headcanon I come up with to make up for what's actually in the movie, the more I like it.

It's very much a thriller, I'm not sure why this needs to be explained. Most of the film we are learning as it goes, an unknown crisis, rather than a clear villain plot being established and then the whole movie seem the hero rise to the occasion.
Hell the court room scene was quintessential thriller.
Drama... Well my reasoning for that is because the most important parts of the film are the emotional interactions between characters, not the action.
