It was pretty great, had some of the few times i've actually really laughed at the show.
had some weird ass choices though, why did they think Candy was a good idea?
it was weird how they dropped donna and candy entirely after the time jump. it was also jarring how the big lahey/leslie dancer shitshow culminated in a hard cut and got breezed over with a little dialogue.
it felt like they needed barb to be an antagonist up to a certain point and then they didn't, and they didn't know how to do that gracefully. overall it wasn't a bad season but a lot of it felt like filler and it wasn't tonally consistent (though the same could be said of almost all of the post-clattenburg TPB).
also doug benson is an unfunny fraud in real life and in the show. he and jimmy kimmell felt really out of place - i wouldn't expect any of the boys to know who either of them are except maybe bubbles.
