Those rumors come from some statements made by Corey Feldman. I can't remember them exactly, but the general argument is that the statements made by Feldman could be referring to drugs rather than the man who raped Haims. This would make sense because Sheen was only 21 and not very famous at the time Lucas was filmed. However, the argument against that is Sheens famous family, especially his dad.
Unfortunately, I don't think we will ever know who raped Haims, unless Feldman speaks up. I always wonder why Feldman doesn't talk.
