Because the first time you saw it is forever etched into your young mind.
It is Large Marge from Pee Wee's Big Adventure.
You remember the part.
Even now a part of you remembers what it was like seeing this for the first time as a child and how it made you feel.

Nothing that scary actually happens, but the repeated shots of the camera tracking through the woods with ominous/spooky music playing were enough to scare me as a child. What the hell was going on with Disney in the 80s?
