How good was he in his prime?
>>67776348
Not that good. Only has The Mummy. Not much to hang your hat on
He was the chosen one, he was seriously poised to be the a huge Hollywood A Lister
Where did it all go wrong?
Just good enough to star opposite Ian McKellan in Gods & Monsters.
you could watch all his movies in a day just decide for yourself
>>67776411
just what sorry?
>>67776490
Watch all his films
decide for yourself
>>67776348
>they (Damon, Affleck) thought it was the beginning of their time, that it was their star that was on the rise when it was really my star on the rise
WHAT THE FUCK WENT SO HORRIBLY JUST ?!
I want to see him become relevant again. Just because.
>>67776348
He could do one thing which was entertaining for a few years pretty well.
>>67776348
How do you go from that to this?
>>67776755
"Just" kill yourself, you sad motherfucker.
>>67776809
he made godawful flicks
>>67776348
better than this
He said something bad about jews in an interview
He pretty much always had some solid movies. Although he wasn't necessarily the greatest actor his work was always convincing enough and his movies were fun to watch. Some of my favorites were Encino Man (with Sean Austin and Pauley Shore), The mummy, Crash (had potential but still sucked) and Journey to the center of the earth.
His problem is his personal life interfering with his career, he got old and lost his 6 pack and pissed off the wrong people on Hollywood
But, even still, I think if he gets his shit together like other actors his age (i.e. Robert Downey Jr.) And lands a solid role in a good movie, he will make a comeback. People like him.

Fuck forgot to add pic related
>>67776954
Google already accepted this as his default pic
>>67776348
He was amazing, unlike anyone out right now. He had the raw talent of Brando and the magnetic charisma and onscreen presence of James Dean, women would constantly faint in the theaters watching his movies.
Pretty good

How would you rate The Mummy?
I recall hearing that he started demanding $20m a film after the Mummy movies and George of the Jungle. At the time, only names like Arnie and other top draws ever got that much. Maybe he just prices himself out of roles then fell into obscurity as he had to start taking b-roles instead.
I really liked him, thought he was very charismatic. I do hope he can make an RDJ or Rourke style come back.
Also: I heard he has a very large penis, over 20cm long.
Loved him in Gods and Monsters, George, Airheads, and still breathing with a soft spot for Blast from the past. Depends on which Branden you want more.
>>67777217
das dis
>>67777219
5/10I enjoy it though
all this anons trying to force a get.
>>67777217

>>67777302
>you will never get the get
>>67777219
Been ages since I saw it, but I remember seeing both in the cinema with the family and we all really loved it.
Good action, likeable fun characters, humour, and it wasn't afraid to have some light horror elements.
That WW1 pilot made me nearly shed boyhood manly tears.

DECIDE
Not even the get will save him
He's this generation's Errol Flynn.
>>67777246
He was still doing really good in the late 2000s.
Journey to the Center of the Earth did big time at the box office. Then something happened, he got replaced by The Rock...and he's fallen off since.
>>67777219
Good solid action movie, 7/10
>>67777278
>>67777219
>>67777362
6/10 is the correct answer.
Best fun movie. Infinite replay value.

Brendan, the get will save you. It's okay. It's finally okay.
>>67776368
Excuse you, he was good in monkey bone too. And that devil film with hurley. And george of the jungle.
George of the Jungle and The Mummy were some of my favorite movies as a kid. I dreamt about being him in The Mummy sometimes. It makes me sad to see him get cucked like this. It just isn't right.
I hope he has a great comeback role like McConaughey
>>67777370
we are all brendan

And apt pupil.

Another reason I dislike the Rock. I find him so unlikeable in films, and such a boring actor.

SAVE OUR BRENDAN!
I saw a movie with him in it that was pretty good a few years ago where he was born in a fallout shelter in the 50s or 60s then came out as an adult during the 90s. I remember that being pretty funny.
>>67777602
