Not bad the animation was good and everything seemed pretty well thought out. I laughed a couple times.

It has top notch worldbuilding and good old-fashioned cartoon characterization. Good visuals and overall a really fun movie. It may not be the movie for you but its great in that the quality of everything in it is good.

Rottentomatoes ratings are extremely influenced now by hype. Now that the site has grown over the years, tons of shitty places like "KRZX radio - bumfuck nowhere" gets to be a tomato. They rate films higher than they should be because of the bandwagon mentality.
That said, Zootopia was very good.
It just means 99% liked it.
