I don't know, I think Marvel could actually make it work. I mean, Seth Green actually does seem like the perfect voice of Howard (unless you really want a 1-to-1 Donald Duck voice), and the stinger to GotG proves that they can make Howard not look like shit. As long as they stay true to the themes of Steve Gerber's work, I think they could make Howard into a hit (provided it doesn't run into the Dredd problem, where people associate the IP with the previous, shitty movie rather than the great source material and cause the newer, better movie to bomb).
