Remember how his cape in Nolan's movies was able to change shape by introducing voltage to the nano mesh of the fabric? Like programmable fabric that takes different shapes based on the current and voltage and where in the cape it's going.
I think it would be cool if Bruce had some kind of brain sensor interface in his cowl that let's him control his cape like Spawn. I'd also let his cape fold up to his back like a flat backpack when he doesn't use it because it's just hindering otherwise. And with this control he could use it in fights. Like punching a guy in front and willing his cape to rapidly expand in the back, knocking perhaps several guys down.
