Predator is tough. A queen alien would beat a predator, but a predator could beat multiple aliens.
I'll bet even Arnold (what was his name in that one? John Matrix?) could beat an alien.
Fictionalistically Predator all day. They were the ones that harvest and hunt Aliens for sport. They already dominates the species.
