It's not my favorite game and I don't have actor/actress suggestions, but I've always thought Risk of Rain would be an interesting movie adaptation.
The idea of a ship full of colorful personalities crashing on a planet they think is hostile, and they respond with violence, to people they can't understand and creatures that just want to be left alone, until they make their way off the planet and the planet basically celebrates their departure, what's left of it anyway, always struck me as fun.
