joker from the arkam games has the best actual character arc, actually has a beginning, middle and end and some depth beyond lol so random without killing the mystique from giving him an origin

Joker from Arkham City (Hamill)
He captures the essence of the character. Perfect balance of murderous, insane, and goofy. Often funny but he never stops being dangerous.

i really liked when he would appear on rooftops and just say stuff to bats to try make him noided. didn't really like the arkham knight though. the idea was ok but the design of him was kinda shitty.also it didn't really make sense that he wouldn't have robin's dna or whatever when alfred was trying to figure out who the arkham knight was.
