I agree with you but I will explain to you why ASM2 has more positive reception from both critics and fans. Because if you're a stupid person with low standards its still fun and attention holding with some entertaining action, whereas if you're stupid and have low standards while watching Batman v Superman "it has too much talking" (a quote I saw on facebook)
