I think this movie will be remembered for having critics be too hard on it more than anything. it's a 6.5/10 (6 or 7 depending on taste, i averaged) it's flawed but if Wonder woman and Suicide Squad are good the DCCU will be fine, if they fucking actually fix what will be a shit justice league then everything will be great. Seriously, i want to know what happened. WB execs had it re cut after giving it a standing ovation, do you think that's what fucked it up?

The reviews aren't necessarily low. That's not how RT works. All.the negative reviews could be 5 or 6/10 and the critics consider that rotten.
Only 32% of the reviews are considered to be fresh. So 6/10 and up with critics who register 6 and ups as fresh.

It really was like a set up movie that's the first steps of the DCU to branch out and have the single character movies. Everyone played their part wellexcept for Lexand should be great in their stand alone movies. But having said that, if Suicide Squad fails then DC is doomed

I agree. I think they should push back justice league and make a couple more movies before that and then put a couple more between part one and two. space it out so they can figure out what is and isnt working, but if SS does fucking up, they need to just abort it
