I honestly think they poured on the "strong independent women" bit a little too think at times. I'll avoid the word "bitchy" but there was no reason for her to be so angry at Finn for trying to save her life. There was even a scene when Finn was trying to get a better view and she punched off his hand saying "get off me!". her anger seemed all out of proportion for the situation..
I dunno, maybe as we find out more of her personality she really is just a person with anger issues.
