Everyone has different opinions, and yours may be different. And while a few of these reviews may just blindly insult the movie, many of them do articulate what they do and do not like about the film.
Reviewing a film (or any other piece of art) is not like testing the tensile strength of a steel alloy. There is no objective scale of good and bad. There are nuances. Some elements may hit the mark for some critics, and miss it for others. The merit of a review should lie in its words, not a number at the end of it.
The Tomatometer meter is not final. Only 27 reviews have been counted, and there are plenty more to come. As of now, it's sitting at 42%. An hour ago, it was at 14%. Take no stock in what the "score" is right now.

It looks like unless Batman and Superman are the most important things in your life you will probably leave disappointed with the weak story, abundance of undeveloped subplots and characters and complete lack of direction or momentum.
