Sansa rape caused the most butthurt, I think. The show was in it's peak of popularity by that point, so a lot of feminists saw it, or at least heard about the rape. There is a huge dip in the ratings for that episode, which isn't something that ever happened before, people were posting panic attack selfies, Jezebel or wherever that fuck decided to boycott the show etc...
Tumblrfags seem to strongly identify with Sansa for some reason. Plus, they were teased with the dominatrix Sansa last season, only for the show to just take it all away. Also, the whole plot had to get bent into a pretzel just for her to get raped, which is kind of hilarious. So it's only natural for that butthurt to be the most devastating.
Cersei thing probably comes in second over the whole "was it rape" debate, which triggers people.

The other two didn't really cause a fuss because the show wasn't as popular back then, and I don't think that back in 2011 being "into nerdy things" was trendy yet, so girls didn't watch it with any investment.

Season 1 was pretty on target, the only thing we missed was how Ramsay sacked Winterfell and took Theon and other very minor details
Season 1 is by no means the best season either.
Some of the changes are actually for the better (hardhome), some are horribly worse(Asha/Yara garbage and blowing off the greyjors until now), some are meh but at least save time.(cutting branfu, condensing Dorne as much as possible thank fucking god)
You have to be able to condense it all and put it on a storyboard, and that's what sets this one apart, because GRRM only has like 3 chapters and a storyboard for TWOW
