First choice - Bug, scary, but not that smart and one on one shouldn't be too hard with an assault rifle

I love Starship Troopers, but I have zero interest in watching any of the direct to DVD sequels.
I'd be down with a remake. Especially if it's more closer to the book, with some of the propaganda call backs to the movie.
But really the movie has aged perfectly, its just as watchable today.

I'm with you OP, iof the 3 I'd prefer to face the bugs. Then predator and xenomorphs last. Chestbursting larva sounds like the worst way to go.
