If she lands in Westeros she won't necessarily do as much damage as you seem to be implying. There has already been a shake up in power before she arrived that had nothing to do with her and a lot of the bigger, more powerful houses (especially the Lannisters, but let's also consider the Boltons, the power struggle in the Vale, the fall of the Baratheons, etc) are detested by both the commoners and the lesser nobility. Unlike Mereen, Dany wouldn't upset any important economies since there isn't any slavery.
So from the point of view of a lot of commoners and lesser nobles, she wouldn't be a bad choice at this point. However, they are typically the ones that get fucked over the most in these things and nobody cares about their opinions anyway.
