One time she tried to play bad cop, she had her ass handed to her by Leoben who got under her skin and made her doubt everything.
It's never shown or even stated that she's the best sniper, just a decent shot with small arms.
Her "best space-poker player" status is arguable at best, and even then she's best among survivors not best in 50 billion civilization
