It's a bunch of people which include a genius scientist, a master tactician, a literal king, an artificial hyperintelligence and some super-competent superspies who are running towards each other in broad daylight in what appears to be an airport parking to brawl out their ideological differences. It's two groups of people and they've banded by their ideals and they've somehow ended up at that exact airport at two different points.
Not to mention it's set up and shot in the blandest way possible with some extremely sloppy CGI to boot.

Because it's a "civil war" battle taking place on the big open tarmac of an airport with only like 10 combatants.
The sheer lack of characters and scale of the scene makes it laughable because it undermines the significance of the fight. Why should we care about an all out war between 10 people?
