Just recommend me some good films to watch, share your personal top 10's n shit, I have 11 days free and I am going to watch the shit out of em all
Just watched Boogie Nights for the first time in years and it was even better than i remembered so Boogie Nights.
Also Bride of Frankenstein, Way of the Dragon, Memories of Murder and Paris Texas just because.
Also Crimson peak because I just saw it and it was çíñémá as fuck and the anons and critics who dissed are gonna be really embarrassed when it's a cult classic in a few years. A little arch but really beautiful visually and really interesting thematically. The poetry levels are off the chart.

Best taste in this thread by far.
Do a Malick marathon OP. It's what I've done in preparation for Knight of Cups. I believe he's never made a bad film, but even if you dislike some, there's one in his filmography for everyone.
>>66843810
How can there be one in his filmography for everyone when all of them are essentially the same thing?
>>66842972
if you had to choose one to watch on netflix right now what would be your choice?
>>66843855
You must have skipped Badlands and Days of Heaven and The Thin Red Line. All three are vastly different. Now, and I know thinking is a foreign concept to you, but if you really watch and pay attention, there are great difference even between his newer stuff like Tree of Life and To The Wonder. They are very much the same style, but the constant definitely varies
everyone is giving top 10s so I'll just give you 3 to choose from
Big Trouble in Little China
The Warriors
Punch Drunk Love

*content
>>66843938
How insecure you are, and with reason.
> there are great difference even
> constant
No, the content is the same self-regarding crypto-fascist mysticism all the way through. As soon as Badlands was overpraised, he was ruined.
Heres my top British flix m8
Get Carter (crime/drama)
The Long Good Friday (crime/drama)
Quadrophinia (Rockopera/coming of age)
The Life of Brian (comerdy)
Shaun of the dead (comerdy horror)
This is England (drama)
