Am I the only one that can watch any horror and be fine unless it's biblical/alien related, anything in these 2 categories makes me paranoid and shit scared for weeks at a time, even the shit 2/10 horrors I can't watch because of how paranoid I get.

Any idea why that happens?
If I watch anything that has to do with space i'll have dreams that i'm floating through space. Sometimes they're scary as shit, other times they're pretty peaceful.
Also interested in biblical horror movies here, i'm assuming possession themed movies count as well, I like the biblical themed possession movies better than the alien themed ones

I think it's because I believe both these things could both theoretically happen in that I believe that possession is a possibility, and for some reason I often think after I've watched one of these movies that I'm more likely to get possessed if I think it's possible which in turn scares the shit out of me more to the point where I can't sleep.
The alien thing is because I've seen a UFO before and due to the circumstances that surround this I think that little grey men are coming to get me.
Maybe I'm just susceptible to being hyper-paranoid
