If it's what I think it is, Season 10 is a second attempt to shift the center roles onto new characters. If done properly, Scully and Mulder could move on into being more shadowy figures who only appear occasionally.

The old ones were shot on 35mm film, that's what gave them that look. S10 was shot on digital video... shame, would've looked awesome on 35mm.

Ep 3 and 4 were the only ones i liked.
Mulder & Scully barely had any screentime together and Skinner was pretty much just an episode credit.

Yes definitely. I was like you and I marathoned the first 7 seasons and the movie in a couple of months. Totally worth it. Will finish S8,9,10 and shit movie before April hopefully.

Digital is more practical to shoot with, it's not just about it being cheaper. The only ones who hold on to film are mostly nostalgia fags and people thinking film has a certain "feel". You can even make digital material look like film if you want too
