Movie Iron Man and Tony Stark can take out Nolan Bats and Wayne with little problems. The only instance where Tony Stark would be less than superior to Wayne is in a plain fist fight without the suit. Otherwise he's smarter, doesn't need someone else to build his gadgets, has more money and allies in the military and government.
The only thing Bruce has on Tony is that he is physically stronger and has proper martial arts training.
