2010 was the last good year, with a couple of really great movies like Animal Kingdom, it's all going downhill since then. I can't even name a film of the last three years I've watched and found to be great. I'm back to watching asian 90's and early 00's movies I've missed right now since there is nothing even coming out, wether asian nor western, that I have the slightest interest in watching.

At least "All is Lost" and "Tree of life" tried something risky. I found a lot of films avoiding risk and telling bland stories.
I know my standard of what is a good movie has gone down, as now I enjoy stuff like "The Decendents" and "The American" a lot, when they came out they were only okay, but I would say "The American" if it came out today would be a top 10 film for 2015.
