He told you who it was by revealing himself, Zoom is Hunter Zoloman, 'Jay Garrick' shows his duplicate and introduces him as Hunter Zoloman, he stole Jay Garrick's identity to have a way to watch Barry and Co and also conveniently cucked Caitlin out of her velocity drug. The guy in the mask spells out his name. Jay also vanishes when he is busy on Earth 2, he allegedly takes a nap when Barry is getting bullied by Zoom in the cage.

Dead Jay was Zoom's speed mirage that he had to kill because Jay disappearing as soon as the breach was closed would have revealed his plan (tricking Caitlin into making a stable version of velocity-6) .when Zoom says " this is a complication" he wasn't talking about his dead speed mirage (which he intended to kill from the start), but the fact that all breeches are closed.

It's impossible to kill a Speed Mirage. If he stopped actively enforcing the mirage it would simply disappear.
Jay is future Jay who travelled back and other Jay is past Jay and that's what makes it a complication. Zoom's gonna cause a paradox and open that shit right back the fuck up.
