I see you've created a great parody of "The Dark Knight Rises" film. However, perhaps you should have based it off the more extensive novelization of the screenplay.
There, Masketta, Brother and Bane had a hidden depth. While of course, Bane is the de facto leader, Masketta's skill with his hired guns had earned great respect amongst the other mercenaries, from everyone except his own little brother. Every since the two joined the League of Shadows, Masketta's brother always looked up to and respected Bane more than his own brother who protected him all his life. Bane was aware of this and came up with a plot to end Masketta's influence. Bane volunteered Brother for the mission to grab Dr. Pavel and take out CIA. Masketta's intelligence and cunning suspected treachery because his brother was always clumsy and hotheaded - poor traits to have during this mission, plus he was afraid for his beloved little brother. Begrudgingly Masketta went along with the plan hoping to grow closer to Brother, but he was never 100% for it. When Agent Wilson asked of him "Bane?", Masketta's fears almost got the better of him when he almost revealed likely something that would ruin the plan ("I...."). Luckily, or unluckily for Wilson, Wilson's arrogance caused him to interrupt Masketta and the plan commenced flawlessly. No one was aware of Bane's own secret plan to kill Masketta's brother by leaving him on the plane despite knowing CIA was lying about the flight plan having one of them. In truth, when brother said "Have we started the fire, brother" he is not speaking to Bane but is instead recalling the secret code he and Masketta shared since childhood, and at that moment is acknowledging how it was wrong to reject Masketta and not appreciate him as tears go down his face. Bane's response to Brother was in effect more mocking than comforting as he left him to die. Masketta's taciturness for the rest of the film is proof of his grief and silent acceptance of Bane's bigger authority.
