Only good found footage movie becuase it's the only one that actually feels like real found footage because they really did just send the actors into the woods with cameras and GPS coordinates for care packages with food/drink/directions and then fuck with them during the night

This was the first horror film that I ever saw completely alone at night with lights out. I was 16 years old and suffered like a little bitch, but forced myself to endure it. Everytime it became night in the film my heart would start pounding because I knew shit was about to happen.
I saw it again not so long ago and found it not so frightening, but in my memory it will forever be the best scare that I ever got out of a film.
Too bad it gave way to all the shitty footage horror films that we see nowadays, just yesterday a friend of mine forced me to watch pic related. Boy what a piece of crap, it's just a bunch of dumbasses getting scared at circle drawings on things and maybe 5 minutes total of slenderman just stading awkwardly in places doing absolutely nothing.
